Bishop Banks is the Senior Pastor and the Chief Executive Officer of the Living Waters Christian Fellowship and General Overseer of the Living Waters International Alliance, Newport News, Virginia. He is married to Dr. Keira Taylor-Banks who also serves as Senior Pastor of LWCF. They are the proud parents of Keira Iman and Jordan Imanuel.

Bishop Banks holds a Masters of Divinity and a Bachelors of Science from Virginia Union University.
